Planning and Reimbursement

• Budgets & Planning: Before your event, Co-Chairs Caroline Comfort and Adrienne Kelly will share your approved budget and any updates from prior years.
• Tax Exemption & Receipts: CLICK HERE to use our tax-exempt number with vendors whenever possible. 
• Large Expenses: For major purchases, contact Treasurers Kerry Coppola and Kristen Skarvelis in advance to arrange a direct check or debit payment.
• Reimbursements: CLICK HERE to submit all expense requests using the official reimbursement form in a timely manner.
